The challenge

Loberías del Sur operated in one of the world's most stunning regions, yet their brand presence didn't reflect the caliber of their offering. The hotel and its catamaran excursions to Laguna San Rafael deserved positioning that matched the landscape. We worked to establish them as the definitive choice in Puerto Chacabuco and Puerto Aysén, building a brand system that would drive bookings and excursion sales over years of partnership.
